John Hosey Hall and Nancy Elizabeth Rickles Hall are listed as the parents for Clemantine Hall and this may not be accurate.

Based on 1870 Federal Census and the 1880 Federal Census of Jackson county, Alabama household for John H. Hall and his wife Nancy there is no daughter with the name Clemantine. The following children are listed in the household: William M. Hall, born about 1863; Solomon W. Hall, born about 1865; Mary A. Hall, born about 1868; Sirena C., born about 1871 (daughter); Carrol J. Hall born about 1874 (son); Elija M. Hall, born about 1877 (son); and Francis E., born about 1878 (daughter).
