Biography

Samuel Hall was born in September 1658 in Middletown, Hartford, Connecticut Colony. He was the son of Richard Hall and Mary (UNKNOWN) Hall (abt.1626-1691) ^[1]

Samuel married Phebe Ward on 6 December 1683, in Middletown.^[2]
