Eli Hall was born on June 6, 1897, and died in February, 1980. [1] He was the son of Joseph and Nancy Hall; and was enumerated with them in Upshur, Texas for the 1900 census. Also in the household were his brother Joseph, age 9; sisters Rosie (age 6) and Viola (age 1).[2]
