Biography

Margaret Hall was born in 1777 in . Her parents were Hatevil Hall and Ruth Winslow.[1]

She married first Zadoc Forbes.[1]

She married for a second time to Joseph Roberts as his second wife after February 21, 1801. They had twelve children.[2]

Their first child was born in Buckfield, but soon after she and the rest of Joseph's children moved to Brooks.[3] Their second child was the first white child born in Brooks.[4]

She died on September 09, 1851 in Brooks, Waldo County, Maine. She is buried at Pilley Cemetery in Brooks.[5]
