Biography
Frances Justine Hall was born December 17, 1911 in Pettigrew, Arkansas. Her father was a telegrapher and station agent for the railroad, and they lived in several states, finally settling down in the Pittsburg, Kansas area. Frances married Donald M. Tedlock September 8, 1932 in Lamar, Missouri. Donald and the Hall boys spent some of their youth together and he was like one of the family even then.
Frances taught elementary school in Pittsburg, Kansas for many years. Her daughter Dawn Meredith Tedlock French died in her twenties of lupus. Frances and her husband raised Dawn's son Christoper KEVIN. Their daughter Diantha Elizabeth married first, James Lovern from Oklahoma; second, Royce Muzingo from Fredonia, Kansas. Son Ken Lovern and a daughter Laura from the first marriage live in the Kansas City area. Frances died Oct. 27, 1993 in Lenexa, Kansas. She is buried at Highland Park Cemetery, Pittsburg, Kansas
