It requires close inspection and time to concentrated on several generations to figure out the relationships but it looks like two family lines are originating from https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Hall-733 Dr. Isaac Hall Sn.
Unfortunately, in colonial days with sparse populations, and large families there were often parallel lines of siblings, and cousins who used the same names for their children . . . and because of the number of years between . . . say oldest and youngest child (for example 10 children estimate of 20 years time) there could be 2-3 generations of siblings and cousin in an areas who are all naming their children after the same ancestors. I have found that situation in one of my lines in Virginia. It can be sorted out!
In this case, **unless there are errors in the decent of each Ebenezer**, they are both related to Dr. Isaac Hall Sn
However a fly in the ointment that creates additional confusion is that Isaac Hall Sr (abt.1629-1714) and the other Ebenezer Hall (1723-) are both descendants of Elizabeth (Unknown) Hall (1610-1665) albeit close to a century apart.

Noting this comment was place 2018.<sigh>
I just now looked and they do like like two different families, with two Ebenezers born around about the same time each with a father named Samuel . . . the the same location. Unless Samuel married more than once . . .

This took me some time to fully comprehend . . . but take a look and see what you think!
For now I am rejecting the match . . . it can always be suggested again something in the lines of the two Ebenezer proves to be in error. Right?
Just for fun: This Ebenezer was married as a widower to one of my widowed great x(many) grandmothers who had children who are my ancestors with her first husband. Don't know if you are related to your Ebenezer, however out of curiosity I checked and we are 17th cousins once removed via sisters of Elizabeth (FitzAlan) Usflete (abt.1371-1425) both of us descended from Elizabeth in several ways.
No surprise since the further we go back in time the more like we are to be related to a huge number of people!
