Luke James (35, batchelor, a labourer), the son of Robert James (a labourer) married Jane Hall (34, spinster), the daughter of Charles Hall (a labourer) on 15th December 1840 in Wimborne, Dorset, England, United Kingdom. Witnesses were Leonard James and Thirza Morgan (who themselves were married on 29th November 1841. At their marriage, the groom's father was William James, so Leonard is possibly Luke's cousin, but not his brother. Leonard was baptised in Wimborne Minster on Jan 7th 1815, the son of Jane and William James.) ^[2][3][4][5]
