Biography
Sybil Ann Hall was born in 1847 in Irwin, Georgia, her father, Edmond, was 27, and her mother, Rebecca, was 21. She married James B. Akridge.[1] She then married William Rouse.[2] She died in 1900 in Georgia at the age of 53.
