Biography
Joseph was born in 1909 in Illinois. He was the son of Chester Glenn Hall and Zulu Porterfield.[1] He passed away in 1961.[2]
Family
Joseph married Thelma Watts in 1931.[3][4]
They had at least two children:
- Jolaine Hall, born about 1936
- Joseph Hall, born about 1939
Secondly, he married Ella Beth Spradling in 1949.
