Charles B. Hall was born in 1852, most likely in Stewartstown, New Hampshire, the son of Albert Hall and Lucy Hodge. He died at the age of 9, in East Hereford, Quebec in November 1863 within a few days of the death of his sister and two brothers. He is buried in the Old Hall Stream Cemetery in East Hereford.
