Eliza Ann Hall was born about 1840,[1] probably at the family farm at Lisnevanagh, County Antrim, Ireland. She was the daughter of William Hall and Elizabeth Beckett.
Eliza married Hall Thompson in 1865 at Antrim, County Antrim, Ireland.[1] Eliza and Hall Thompson had three known children: Elizabeth Annie, Joseph, Matilda Eveline. They farmed at Tavnaghmore, Grange of Shilvodan, County Antrim.
Eliza's husband Hall Thompson died in 1870.
Eliza died in 1886 age 46 at Tavnaghmore, Grange of Shilvodan.[2] Eliza's three children were under 21 when she died and she left them in the care of her brother Josiah Hall (executor of her will) until her son Joseph reached 21 and could inherit her farm.[3]
