Biography

On 19 Jun 1905, at the time of the 1905 Minnesota State census, Leslie H. Hall (age 29, born in Minnesota circa 1876) was employed as an Engineer and living in Sparta Township, Chippewa, Minnesota with Millie Hall (age 26, born in Pennsylvania), daughter Bernice Hall (age 7, born in Minnesota), son James Hall (age 6, born in Minnesota), son Leslie Hall Jr. (age 4, born in Minnesota), and daughter Ruth (age 2, born in Minnesota). Both of Leslie's parents were born in New York. Millie's father was born in Ohio, and her mother was born in Pennsylvania. Leslie H. Hall stated he had lived in Minnesota for the past 29 years, and Millie stated she had lived in Minnesota for the past 26 years. [1]

At the time of the 1910 US Census, head of household Leslie H. Hall (age 34, born in Minnesota) was working as a Locomotive Engineer and living in a home he rented in Seattle Ward 9, King, Washington, with his wife, Nellie Hall (age 32, born in Pennsylvania), their son Harry H. Hall (age 11, born in Minnesota), daughter Bernice I. Hall (age 10, born in Minnesota), son Leslie W. Hall (age 9, born in Minnesota), son Llewelyn J. Hall (age 7, born in Minnesota), and son Melvin H. Hall (age 2, born in Minnesota). Leslie was 34 years old when first married and Nellie was 32 years old when first married. Nellie had five children, five of whom were still living at the the time of the 1910 US Census. Both of Leslie H. Hall's parents were born in New York; Nellie's father was born in Ohio and her mother in Pennsylvania. [2]

Marriage and Family

On 25 Apr 1925, Llewellyn J. Hall (age 22) married Agnes L. Cameron (age 20) in Mount Vernon, Skagit county, Washington, USA. Llewellyn's parents were Leslie Hall and Nellie Coburn; Agnes's parents were William H. Cameron and Martha A. Sanderson. [3]
