William Davis HALL was born about 14 July 1878 probably in Powell County, Kentucky where his parents were living in 1880 and died on 8 May 1927 in Middletown, Butler County, Ohio. He was the son of Thomas HALL and Caroline RICHLEY.

He may have had an relative named William HALL who was the head of the household where his parents were living in 1880.
