Departed this life on the 10th of April, at his residence, five miles west of Bloomington, MOSES HALL, senr., in his 86th year...leaving behind him, an aged companion, the wife of his youth, two sons, and a number of daughters; all of them, I believe, members of the church of God, except one.[2]
The aged companion noted above refers to Agnes Snoddy, the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Sloan) Snoddy, who died in Monroe County on September 14, 1855.[3]
