John Benton HALL was born on 3 Jun 1859 in Larkinsville, Jackson County, Alabama[1], the son of Hosea Farmer HALL and Mary PACE. He was the brother of Louisa (Hall) Bellomy, Cynthia (Hall) Skelton, Nancy Hall, Lucinda (Hall) Sharp, William Hall, Thomas Calvin Hall and James Farmer Hall.

John married Adeline Elizabeth ALLEN on 2 Nov 1876 in Jackson County, Alabama.[2] They had the following children:
