William Alfred Hall was born about July 1865.[1] He was the son of Thomas Hall and Nancy Hatfield.[2][3] William became a school teacher.[1] He married Alice B. Martin on May 18, 1892 in Rush County, Indiana.[4] Alice's sister, Jessie Martin also a school teacher lived with them.[1] William died on February 8, 1940 and is buried in Earlham Cemetery, Richmond, Indiana.[5]
