Biography

Percy was born on 14 January 1882[1] in Liverpool, England.[2]

He emigrated from Quebec in 1915 with wife Sara Ellen and children Isabella, Ernest, and Edith.[3]

He died on 28 July 1943 in San Mateo County, California[4] and was buried in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Colma, California.[5]
