Wilmer Lee Hall, (20 Jul 1885 - 25 Jan 1957) Age 71
He was the son of Judson Hall and Sarah Jennings.
On 30 Oct 1920 in Albany, New York, to 35-year-old Eugenia Close, daughter of Elbridge W. Close, (6 March 1846 - 30 Oct 1885) and Sarah A Launt Close, (x Feb 1846 - 24 Jan 1914).
On 25 Jan 1957 in Richmond, Virginia Wilmer Lee Hall died. He was 71 years old.
His remains were laid to rest in Woodland Cemetery, Ashland, Hanover County, Virginia. This is the same cemetery as where his father, mother and wife are buried. Wilmer L. Hall, State librarian, a second copy of the advertisement yesterday. It states that the lottery is for the purpose of raising 300 for the “purpose of repairing the Church and Gelbe, and is as favorable to adventurers as any lottery yet offered to the public.” The drawing of tickets was held at the home of John Butler “under the inspection of the vestry of the said Parish.” The lottery consisted of 3,332 tickets sold at $2 each and there were 1,118 prizes, with a 1st prize of $1,000. “
“ City Libraries Plan To Co-ordinate the activities of all Richmond libraries, eliminating unnecessary duplication of effort, was disclosed yesterday by Wilmer L. Hall, State librarian, following a meeting of representatives ofnine local libraries. The plan calls for co-operative listing of reference books, interchange of orders, circulation of information regarding new accessions, and possible formation of a union catalogue.
