Biography
Patrick Hall was born in Ireland.
Patrick was born about 1823 in Ireland -- possibly in County Tyrone or Down.

He was the third son of Charles Hall Esq. and wife Eliza of Hawthorne-house, County Down, Ireland.

On 17 February 1850 at Gorbals, Lanarkshire (Glasgow), he married Catherine Newlands, youngest daughter of the late Patrick Newlands Esq., merchant, Glasgow.

Patrick was manager of the "Examiner" newspaper in Glasgow as of 1851. He and Catherine had children; but she passed away in 1861 at Glasgow.
Patrick was recorded in1861 he was a traveling merchant at Westminster Strand, London; he then became a wine and spirits dealer.
On 25 November 1869 at St. Catherine's, Dublin, he married Mary Kelly of Omagh, County Tyrone, daughter of Eliza and John Kelly, merchant. Witnessed by C. Hall and (illegible). Patrick's address was Printing House Square, London.

By 1901 they had moved to Curraghamulkin near Drumquin a few miles to the west of Omagh.
He passed away 10 August 1905 at Curraghamulkin and was buried at St. Patrick's of Drumquin with wife Mary (d. 19 Jul 1911 a 68).

An inquest was held and found he died of natural causes; having suffered a paralytic stroke some years earlier.
