Biography
Samuel was born May 18, 1864 to Hance Wilson Hall (1836 - 1895) and Naomi A. Wagner - Hall Merrill (1841 - 1923). He married Savannah M. Gilbaugh Hall (1869 - 1935). He died Oct. 18, 1938, and is buried in Fargo Cemetery, Fargo, Ellis County, Oklahoma.[1]
