Biography

Louisa Lydia Offer Hallam was born^[1] about Apr 1857 and baptised^[2] 31 May at St John Horselydown, Southwark, England. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Cornell Hallam and Lydia Charlotte Green.

At the age of 6 Lydia along with her family left England and arrived in Australia on 10 May 1863 on the Persia^[3].

She married^[4] William James Pinkerton on 10th December 1873 at Sydney.

Lydia died on 6th April 1947 at Sydney and is buried^[5] at Rookwood, Old Church of England, Cemetery.
