Biography

Ada May was born on 28 February 1882 at 31 Soho St, Ordsall, Lancashire, the daughter of Johnson Charles Hallard, a carter and Susannah Harriet Hallard formerly Hill. The informant of her birth was father J C Hallard, of 17 Cedar St, Hulme. [1]

Ada May was baptised on 13 August 1882 at St. Gabriel's Church, Hulme, Lancashire. Her family was then living at 7 Ellesmere Place and father Johnson was employed as a labourer. Ada's date of birth was recorded in the baptismal register as 28 February 1882. [2]

Ada Mary [sic] Hallard died in 1883, probably at Hulme, aged 1 year. [3]
