Several officers of DeLancey's first and second battalions came to New Brunswick in addition to those who are named in the Woodstock grant and settled at various places where they became highly respected and useful citizens. Included in the number were Captains Samuel Hallett, James French and Hawes Hatch; Lieutenants Colin Campbell, Charles McPherson and Daniel Hallet. This was found in W.O Raymond scrapbook article: " Old Muster Rolls of DeLancey's Army". https://archives.gnb.ca/Exhibits/FortHavoc/html/Raymond47.aspx?culture=en-CA
