Biography
Rosalie was born August 24, 1909 and died August 26, 1983. She is the daughter of Eugene Halstead and Helen Wilson. She married August Carl Brown on March 15, 1928 in Ripon, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Together they had seven children: Florence Helen, Carl John, Floyd Wilbur, Sylvia Rosalie, Mary Marie, Mayme Ida and Neskoro. She later married Frank William Brown on August 19, 1951 in Waukegan, Lake, Illinois, United States.
