Biography

John Hampton Hamilton was born on October 13, 1799, in Union, South Carolina. He married Sarah Elizabeth Lucas on July 7, 1819[1], in Lawrence County, Tennessee. He died on November 7, 1834, in Hardeman County, Tennessee, at the age of 35.[2]
