Research Notes
In Austin State Library, we found a genealogy sheet with Lois M. Kanetzky, a descendant of Frances Matilda. She said that this line is a peripheral one of hers (Kanetzky) and she had done all of the genealogy she wanted to do, so she put her handwritten sheet into the vertical file at the library in 1989.
I talked to her on the telephone, but she was quite elderly and didn't remember much. Her notes had "Irish" written by William S. Hamilton. I believe she also had a note that one Alexander Hamilton was a Revolutionary soldier and applied for a pension.
