DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Tom by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Tom:

Your second DNA confirmation statement says that Rhonda and her third cousin LH share great grandparents, Ephriam Hamilton and Eliza Hyden. If that couple are the great grandparents of each, that would make Rhoda and her cousin 2nd cousins, not 3rd. The 201 cM shared suggests that 2nd cousins may be the correct relationship.

Your first DNA confirmation statement says that the Most Recent Common Ancestors (MRCAs) of your first cousin match are Tom Hamilton and Rhoda Campbell. That match allows you to confirm up TO the MRCAs, but does not give you any assurance about the parents of the MRCAs themselves. See this part of the instructions that explain which relationships can be marked "confirmed": https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:DNA_Confirmation#Which_Relationships_to_Mark_as_Confirmed I recommend that you remove that statement from the profile, as it is misleading.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help. Thanks!

But since my cousin LH and I only have in common the MRCA of Ephraim and Eliza Hamilton, doesn't that confirm that relationship?
Yes, your match with LH does appear to confirm the relationship. The problem with the statement is that your description of how you and LH are related, and how each of you is related to the MRCAs, is inconsistent. The MRCAs are your great grandparents. How are they related to LH? If they're also the great grandparents of LH then you are not 3rd cousins, you're 2nd cousins. If they're the 2nd great grandparents of LH then you are 2nd cousins once removed. In any DNA confirmation statement it's important to explain how the actual relationship of the matching test takers compares to the relationship predicted by the testing company.
