Delisca was born in 1861 to William Ramsey and Mary Miller. The family was living in Madison Township, Muskingum County, in 1880.^[1]

Delisca was married first to William Strome in 1883.^[2] Their daughter Annabell was born in 1886.^[3]

Delisca married Milton Hamilton. They were living in Madison Township in 1900.^[4]

Delisca married Louis Haney in 1907.^[5] They were living in Dresden in 1920.^[6]

Delisca died in 1939.^[7] Burial was at Dresden Cemetery.^[8]

MRS. LOUIS HANEY

"Mrs. Delisca A. Ramsey Haney, wife of Louis Haney, died at the family home in Dresden following a stroke suffered five weeks ago. She had been in failing health for over a year. A life-long resident of Dresden Mrs. Haney was known and highly respected by every one. She was a member of the Methodist church and attended the services regularly as long as her health permitted.

She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, Louis Haney and three daughters, Mrs. Roy Chamberlin and Mrs. Harry Barnes, Dresden and Mrs. W. D. Mercer of Zanesville, three brothers, John, Elbert and Charles Ramsey of Dresden and two sisters Mrs. Geo Sensibaugh of Trinway and Mrs. Charles Goetz of Dresden and five grandchildren.

One brother Victor K. Ramey and one sister Mrs. James Lynn are deceased.

Funeral services were held at the late home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Brown officiating and interment was made in Dresden cemetery."^[9]
