Biography

Mary Hamilton was born 27 October 1816 in Maine. She was the daughter of Silas Hamilton and Sarah Bryant. ^[1]

Mary wed David Bryant about 1832 in Maine. They lived in Penobscot County where their children were born. The family moved to Minnesota after 1860, but before 1870. ^{[2] [3] [4] [5] [6]}

Mary passed away 18 November 1891 in Little Falls, Minnesota.

Funeral Services over the remains of Mary A. Bryant were held in the school house near the brick yards on last Sunday afternoon. There was a large attendance of friends and neighbors. The services were conducted by the Rev. Mr. Donovan who preached from Ec. 7th 2nd v. The remains were deposited in the Oakland Cemetery (Minneapolis, Minnesota). ^[7]

Mr. Jefferson Bryant of Minneapolis, has been in the city (Little Falls) this week (21 Nov 1891 - 27 Nov 1891), called hither by the death of his mother. ^[8]
