Biography
Fitzroy was born 1866.
He was an engineer and worked for the Lyttelton Harbour Board.
He died while on duty on the 28th of November 1893 in an accident on the Lyttelton Harbour in Christchurch, NZ.
He is buried at the Lyttelton Anglican Cemetery.
