The birthdate, June 19, 1733, is actually his baptism date. According to HISTORY AND GENEALOGIES OF THE HAMMOND FAMILIES, page 705, Eleazer is Eleazer Hammond Jr. "He lived in Tolland, Conn., prior to the Revolution, and was on the Lexington alarm list there in 1775...John and Eleazer Hammond were grantees of the town of Rupert, Vermont." The children were born in Tolland, CT. Abigail and Mehitable, born August 3, 1782 were twins.
