Death Date unknown, but she was already dead when Samuel died in Sept 1661, as his estate was left to his children. And in 1662, Elizabeth's father referred to her children, as his "Deceased daughter's children".
Marriage to Samuel House in April 1636, listed as the daughter of William Hammond
Her father William Hammond per his will dated July 1662 when he called her "my daughter Elizabeth House deceased." [1]

Anderson's "The Great Migration Begins," Vol. II, pg. 653, says that she immigrated with her mother, sister Sarah, and brother John aboard the ship Francis which sailed from Ipswich, Suffolk, England in April 1634.
