The Last Will and Testament of Maritta Bessac of the City of Hudson in the County of Columbia and State of New York. I, Maritta Bessac, do make this my last will and testament in manner following. I appoint my daughters Sarah Cordelia, Anna O. and Maritta, Executives of this my Will; and after this pay much of my Debts, funeral and testamentary expenses. I give, devise and bequeth All of my Estate both Real and Personal to my Three daughters Sarah Cordelia, Anna O. and Maritta; To Have and to Hold to them and their heirs and Assigns, share and share alike. In Witness whose of I this said Testatria have this my last will and Testament subscribe it my name and set my Seal this Sixth day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty one- Maritta Bessac Witnesses: S.
