Josephine was born in 1872.
Josie R Carroll was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Militia Districts 1225, 1426, Buncombe, Waco Waco town, Haralson County, Georgia for the June 15, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born April 1874 in Georgia and had been married seven years. She was the mother of four children of which three were still living as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Rodney W Carroll, son Thomas R Carroll, son Ross H Carroll, daughter Minnie B Carroll and brother-in-law Frank D Hamrick.[1]
Josephine passed away in 1919.[2]
Josephine Rebecca “Josie” Hamrick Carroll is buried at Waco Baptist Church Cemetery in Haralson County, Georgia, USA.[3]
