Elizabeth Sarah Hancock was born about 1709 in Henrico, Colony of Virginia to parents Samuel Hancock and Johanna Hancock. Her parents were first cousins.
She married Thomas Jones on 3 May 1726 in Henrico, Virginia.

Middle names weren't really in use at this time. I suspect she was either Sarah or Elizabeth. (Based on the attached source I'd say Sarah). Sometimes when you see these "middle names" it means that two different people have been conflated.
