Biography
Sylvia was born in Oklahoma in 1907 to Jefferson Hankins and Minnie Mae Thornbrugh. In 1910, the family was living in Craig County, Oklahoma.[1]
She married Charles Augustus Watson.
Sylvia was a public school teacher for 42 years in Oklahoma. She moved to Florida in 1971, according to her obituary on Find A Grave.[2]
Sylvia passed away in Florida in 1996. Burial was in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida.[3]
