Agree with the need for revision. Death date is same as Son's death date which is unusual, unless they died in the same location due to some incident(?). Death location is at crooked run creek in the province of New York. Son's death location was in Crooked Run Creek, Frederick Co, Virginia, British Colonial America. There are abundant official records placing the son residing in the Virginia location, and dying on that date.

This record needs revision as to birthplace because Rockland County did not exist at the time, nor did New City which would be established in it even later. As of 1683 (18 years before Thomas's purported birth) the area fell into the province of Orange and only a few Dutch were there.
