DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Samuel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Samuel:

Hanna-804 and Hannah-399 appear to represent the same person because: See children, dates, etc. These are the same individual.

It makes more sense to keep "Hanna-804", since "Hanna" is the more dominant spelling in the records. However, the "Hannah-399" profile is more "entangled", so merging in the proposed direction may be easier.

The merge cannot happen, though, until the two Samuels' mothers "Mary Brady" are merged. Likewise, descendants further down cannot be merged until Samuel is merged (and so on).

I will sent requests to join the Trusted List partly out of personal interest (as a fellow descendant) and partly to help with sorting out these merges from the top down. Thank you!
