Biography

Kathleen Agnes Hannan was born about 1908, her birth being registered that year in Brunswick, Victoria, the daughter of James Hannan and Mary Bell. ^[1]

In 1946, in Victoria, she married Francis Henry Phelan. ^[2]

In 1999, Kathleen May Phelan passed away, age 91 years.

After a service on 1st November 1999, her remains were interred in the Lawn section of the Templestowe Cemetery, where she joined those of her husband who had predeceased her by a decade. ^[3]
