Patrick Hannigan was born in Ireland.
Patrick was born in Rathmaiden, County Wateford, Ireland on 22 August 1870.[1] He came to America. landing in Philadelphia in 1888. Patrick owned a restaurant at Rising Sun aVe and Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia

You will probably find more records for this family on the Irish Civil Registration indexes, the records are free to access, if you are lucky you might find William and Nora's marriage records too which will give you the names of both their fathers and where they came from.
