Biography
Robert was son of James Hannum and Ann Naucett.
He married Sarah Shields 11 Apr 1797 in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Robert and Sarah Hannum were living in 1850 with Jeptha Hannum in East Township, Carroll, Ohio. Robert was age 77, born in Pennsylvania. Sarah was age 75, born in Pennsylvania. Jeptha was age 21, born in Ohio.[1] Jeptha Hannum may have been their grandson-in-law, husband of Isavelia S Hannum (b 18 Oct 1839), daughter of their son Bentley Hannum below.

Bentley, b. 2-7-1810; m. Nancy Ann Neer.
Sarah Elenor, b. 3-16-1812; d. 8-2-1896; m. James Clark.
Elizabeth, b. 9-2-1816, in Lancaster County; d. 4-29-1845, Augusta Twp., buried at Still Fork Cemetery, Augusta Twp.
