Biography

Robert owned a shop that repaired brakes and clutches of automobiles. He was a fun uncle, who had a exhaustive collection of Polish jokes. We called him "Uncle Dimps," because he had them when he smiled, which was often.

While he was in the Army, he fought in the Battle of the Bulge, considered the bloodiest battle of WWII.

He had a happy marriage with Evelyn Stuckemeir Hanover. They adopted a boy and a girl.

Robert died of cancer4/6/2001.
