Biography
Johanne Hansdotter was born between 1731 and 1733 since 70 years old in census 1801[1] and 77 years at death in 1810[2] She was the daughter of Hans Larsson Nedre Tufte and Margrete Olsdotter Ulvenes.
She was married to miner Ingjald Haldorson from Storedale about 1758 and moved to Knappen under Nedre Husa, Ølve
She and her husband Engel/Ingjald were the first to lease Knappen.[3] Their children were:
- Ingeborg, born 1770, married Hans Johannesson, probably dead before 1801 as her child was living with Engel and Johanne[3]
- Tolleiv, born 1772, died 1805[3]
- Margrete, married Samson Haktorson at Fugleberg[3]
She died in 1810.
Research Notes
I am unable to locate her in the Kvinnherrad church book baptism records between 1728 and 1735. Østenstad-1 16:07, 1 May 2019 (UTC)
This profile may represent two possibly different women named Johanne Hansdatter, married to Engel/Ingjald Haldorsen.

Originally attached parents are almost certainly incorrect.
Note: Kvinnherad. 2 lists her grandson Johans as a granddaughter Johanne, probably due to misreading the census entry.[3]
