Biography
Jens Peder Hansen was born 7 Apr 1824 in Maarslet, the son of Hans Christian Pedersen and Elsa Rasmusdatter. He married Kirsten Sørensdatter in Malling on 10 Oct 1851. [1] Both he and his wife emigrated to America where he died on 26 Jan 1882 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA. He is buried with his wife in Salt Lake City Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
