JOHN HANSEN ; The death of Mr., John Hans Hansen, who had 'reached the age .of 80 years," occurred at the residence of his: daughter, Mrs. -Max Bell., of Michelago, on July 8.-Although he had been in failing health for a considerable time,. his passing came very suddenly. '... The late Mr. Hansen, who was highly respected, had- spent 55 years of his life as a dairy farmer at Kangaroo Valley. He was the' son- of Mr Peter Hansen, who also followed farming pursuits at Jamberoo. | Mr. Hansen was born In Sydney In 1866. During the latter part bf his life he resided "with" Mrs. Max Bell, who gave him much care and attention. He is survived by two sons and 'two daughters, his wife,having predeceased; him :by several .years. -The remains .were taken to St. Patrick's Church, Mlichelago, where.they remained until. the funerai left for the local cemetery, where Rev Father J. Butler ,B.A., read the last rites. A large number of local resldents attended the 'funeral. -[1]
