In 1880 a Chas. Hanson (29, b. NY, engineer, both parents b. NY) headed a Windsor, NY (Broome County) household with wife Emily Hanson (28, b. NY, both parents b. NY), daughter Grace Hanson (7, b. NY, both parents b. NY), female infant Hanson (b. Mar 1880 in NY, both parents b. NY), and boarder James Tompkins (29, b. NY, laborer, both parents b. NY).
It appears that Grace's step-son married her sister Anna.
