Biography
Staff Sergeant Charles Harbarger served in the United States Army in World War II Service started: March 20, 1942 Unit(s): :307th Infantry Regiment, 77th Infantry Division Service ended:
Charles Harbarger was awarded the Purple Heart.
Charles was born in 1911. He was the son of Isaac Harbarger and Isabella Martin.[1] In 1940 he is living with his widowed mother and farming in Dunbar Township.[2] On 20 March 1942 he enlisted in the U. S. Army.[3] He saw action on Guam and Okinawa.
Charles married Amelia Alberta Fisher. Marriage license notice was published on 16 January 1952.[4] He passed away in 1976.[5]
