William Carroll Harbin was born on 22 March 1802 at South Carolina.[1]
He married Cynthia Vandiver probably about 1825.
He was a farmer when he and Cynthia appeared on the census of 8 June 1880 at Baxter Township, Garland County, Arkansas.[2]
William died on 29 July 1883 at Arkansas and was buried at Caldwell Cemetery, Mount Tabor, Garland County, Arkansas. His memorial has a photo of his headstone and links to those of family members.[1]
