Biography
Margaret was born in 1878. She was the daughter of Samuel Harbison, farmer of Killyfleugh, and Ruth Smyth. She was buried in Plot 272 in Kirkinriola Graveyard along with her parents.
Memorial
ERECTED by Samuel Herbison of Killyflugh. In Memory of his beloved wife Jane, who died 6th April 1871; aged 23 years. Also their two sons. William died 10th Oct 1891; At Selkirk B.A. Aged 23 years, Samuel J. died 16th Decr 1893; Aged 23 years and their daughter Maggie Jane, died 29th May 1895. Aged 17 years and Ruth Herbison died 23rd August 1910, aged 69 years. Also the above named Samuel Herbison, who died 30th August 1920 aged 84 years.
