Thomas Pendleton Harber/Harbour was born in Halifax County, Virginia, on 22 February 1787. He was the son of Noah Harber and Judith Strange.

Private Noah Harbour, born 23 October 1757 at Halifax Co VA died there 1850 and his ( 1st ) wife Judith Strange are honored for service during the American Revolution: 1) CAPT JAMES TURNER, MAJ ROSS, COL LEWIS. Their son Thomas Pendleton Harbour married Sally Tevis 24 - Oct - 1815. ^[1]
